American singer and actress Selena Gomez has married music producer Benny Blanco, in a wedding that sparked huge excitement online.
Gomez, who is also the founder of Rare Beauty, shared photos and videos from the ceremony with her 417 million Instagram followers, making her announcement one of the fastest to surpass a million likes within minutes.
The posts showed the couple in their wedding outfits, with Gomez in a Ralph Lauren bridal gown and Blanco in a tuxedo. In one of the pictures, Blanco rested his head on Gomez’s lap while they smiled at each other. Vogue reported that the pair exchanged vows on Saturday morning.
Confirming the marriage, Blanco commented under her post, writing, “my wife in real life.”
The wedding comes nearly two years after the couple made their relationship public in December 2023. Although they had known each other for years, their romance officially began in July 2023.
Blanco and Gomez had worked together long before becoming a couple. He produced her hits “Same Old Love,” “Kill Em with Kindness,” and later “I Can’t Get Enough” with J Balvin and Tainy. He also produced her 2023 single, “Single Soon.” Earlier this year, the duo released a joint album, *I Said I Love You First*, followed by a deluxe version.
Their relationship quickly became serious. Blanco proposed in December 2024 with a six-carat marquise diamond ring during a picnic. In August 2025, Gomez celebrated her bachelorette party in Cabo, Mexico, while Blanco had his bachelor’s trip in Las Vegas.
Now officially husband and wife, Gomez and Blanco join the list of celebrity couples whose personal and professional lives have intertwined.
