American rapper, Offset, has formally requested spousal support and joint custody of his three children as part of his ongoing divorce proceedings with fellow artist, Cardi B.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2017, have had a turbulent relationship over the years, marked by public breakups and reconciliations.

They share three children: daughter Kulture, son Wave, and a newborn whose birth came shortly after Cardi B filed for divorce in late 2023.

In 2023, the relationship faced renewed strain when Cardi B accused Offset of infidelity involving multiple women.

In response, Offset made counterclaims, alleging that Cardi B had also been unfaithful, including during her pregnancy.

According to reports from TMZ, Offset recently filed an amended divorce petition, in which he is seeking spousal support.

Although no specific financial figure was mentioned, the rapper also requested joint custody of their children, with Cardi B maintaining primary custody, and asked that she cover legal fees.

Public estimates place Cardi B’s net worth between $80 and $100 million, while Offset is reportedly worth around $30 million.

Despite the legal tensions, Offset has shown emotional conflict about the separation. In a recent social media post, he said, “I don’t regret any of them, but I regret you.” He added, “You’re a good daddy, you’re all right but I don’t regret any of them. But fk you! I’m too good for you and I’ve always been too good for you n*a.”
