SCAMMERS’ DEVELOP NEW TRICK! Lady reveals how a fake pastor withdrew all the money in her account
A lady identified as Tolulope has revealed how a fake pastor allegedly emptied her account on Monday in Lagos State.
The lady, who shared her story on social media said the incident happened when she got to Barrack bus stop, waiting to join a BRT bus to Leventis because she was actually going to Balogun market.
She said due to the long queue for BRT bus, she decided to cross to the other lane to take a commercial bus (danfo).
According to her, while waiting for Danfo bus, a pastor walked up to her and started revealing what he saw about her, noting that the most interesting was that everything he said about her family was true.
She said she became interested in hearing more prophecy from the pastor as well as ask for prayer points.
Tolulope said immediately after her request, she became unconscious, adding that she remained unconscious until her phone beeped and she saw an alert from different transactions on her bank account.
She said she didn’t remember anything at first, then she later remembered how she gave the fake pastor N30,000 from her wallet and her she also gave him her ATM card and pin number.
Tolulope said she shouted and people around gathered, adding that after narrating her ordeal to them, they told her that is how they (fake pastors) use to do.
She said she cried after a man who heard her story told her, “this is logos.”
Tolulope said she was at the bus stop around 8: am and that she was able to regain her self by 11:45 am.
She said,
” I am already feeling feverish. No money in my account again, let me just die.”
