Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing, on Saturday explained why people often take a second look at her every time she mentions her age.
Nkechi, who celebrated her 32nd birthday in February, made the statement in an Instagram post while paying tribute to her late mum.
For a lady with masculine feature, Nkechi said that she was brought to hustle in a tough environment where her late mum trained her on how to hustle like the male counterpart.
“Mummy, a lot of people had nice things to say about you. I am proud to be your child Afianma. Yes you are gone but never forgotten.
“You taught me how to hustle like a man, hence the reason a lot of people doubt my age, because I look older due to hustle and bustle,” she said.
This is just as the brand influencer claimed that she is not ashamed of being the sole provider for her large family.
Recall that the actress lost her mother a few days before her mother’s birthday, and she was buried last week.
Following the funeral, the Nollywood actress travelled to the United Kingdom to be reunited with her husband, David Falegan.
In the post, Nkechi wrote about her grief and promised to keep on fending for the family.
