Five men arrested for serially sodomising teenage boy in Katsina
The Katsina State Police has arrested five men for allegedly sodomising a 17-year-old boy on different occasions.
Spokesperson of the command, SP Gambo Isah, who disclosed this in a statement on Friday, said one of the suspects raped the teenage boy at gunpoint.
“On 27/07/2021, the Command succeeded in busting a notorious syndicate of Sodomists who at different intervals lured and had an unlawful carnal knowledge of a 17yr old boy against the order of nature,” he stated.
“Nemesis caught up with the following suspects, namely: Ibrahim Amadu, 42, of sabuwr Unguwa Quarters, Saminu Abdullahi, 25, of Farin Yaro Quarters, Jamilu Ibrahim, 50,of Farin Yaro Quarter, Bashir Lawal, 30, of Gangaren Tudun Yanlihida Quarters, and Mohammed Sani, 30, of Salauwa Quarters, all of Katsina State.
“The victim alleged that one Ibrahim Amadu took him to a particular location in Katsina where he threatened him with a knife, tied his hands with a rope and hand unlawful carnal knowledge of him against the order of nature
“Furthermore, the victim mentioned that all the other suspects did the same at different places and intervals. He also mentioned 6 other suspects who hand unlawful carnal knowledge of him, presently at large. Investigation is ongoing.” the PPRO added.
