VIDEO: Watch Sound Sultan’s candlelight procession held in Lagos
A viral video making the rounds on social media shows the moment friends and past associates came together to honor the late veteran singer Sound Sultan in a candlelight procession.
WuzupNigeria had reported that the late singer died after battling throat cancer at the age of 44.
Sound Sultan, a Muslim faithful while he was alive, was buried according to Islamic injunction at a cemetery in New Jersey on Sunday, July 11.
However, friends and family in a recent video were seen holding a candlelight procession in his honor.
They were seen wearing black T-shirts as they held the candle and sang harmoniously.
