SEE what Governor Al-makura of Nasarawa State was photographed doing in broad daylight
Few weeks ago, Governor Umaru Tanko Almakura of Nasarawa state appointed a blind person, Hon. Liman Yunusa Usman as a Councillor.
The move was commended by all and sundry.
Stating his reasons for appointing Usman as a councillor in Lafia local government area, Almakura said the disabled have been stigmatized by both government and the public in policy formulations, inclusiveness and day to day social interaction.
Governor Al-Makura is in the news again. This time, for doing what many governors would not do.
