The death of a Nigerian Air Force pilot, Lt. Alfred Ayodeji Olufade, who flew the ill-fated military plane that killed the Chief of Army Staff (CoAS), Lt.-Gen. Ibrahim Attahiru, and 10 others on Friday night has left his friends and family in grief.
The deceased’s loved ones, who took to social media in mourning, said Lt. Olufade got married some two months ago.
WUZUPNIGERIA reported that Olufade alongside Attahiru, six other military officers and three crew members died after the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Beachcraft 350 aircraft they were traveling in crashed at the runway of the Kaduna International Airport around 6 pm on Friday.
