Fayose celebrates Ekiti students’ 2017 NECO result
Governor Ayodele Fayose has said that Ekiti emerged the best-performing state in the recently released National Examination Council, NECO exam result.
The Ekiti State Governor made this known on Thursday via his verified Twitter handle.
He wrote, “Ekiti leads with the best results in NECO 2017. We led in 2016, we have led again! Thanks to our teachers, congratulations to our students.”
The 2017 NECO result were released in the early hours of Thursday.
The Council says out of the 1,051,472 candidates who sat for the examinations, only 745,053 got at least five credits, including Mathematics and English Language.
