PHOTOS: Amina Mohammed sworn in as UN Deputy Secretary General

Nigeria’s former Minister for Environment,  Amina Mohammed has been sworn in as Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations.She was sworn in by the UN Secretary General, former Portuguese Prime Minister, António Guterres at the United Nations Headquarters, New York on Tuesday.

The Federal Executive Council had last week held a valedictory service for the former minister who resigned to take up the UN appointment.
