Officials of the Borno State police command have reportedly arrested the Director of Planning in one of the state’s ministries (names withheld) for allegedly inserting electric heater into the anus of his 10-year old son.
The unidentified director perpetrated the inhuman act over allegations that his son was engaging in homosexual activities.
It was reported that the young boy explained to his father that he was raped at their 1000 Government Housing Estate residence, but the top civil servant dismissed his explanation and went ahead to insert the electric heater into the boy’s anus as a form of punishment.
