A yet to be identified baby believed to have been strangled to death with nylon was on Wednesday, discovered in a gutter at Maraba area of Ilorin, Kwara State.
This was made known in the picture shared on Nairaland Forum by one of its users.
The corpse of the innocent baby was discovered this morning by a passerby who eventually calledpeoples attention to the evil deed. The police had been contacted and investigation had already commenced to unravel the culprits.
