TRAGIC! 400-level OAU distinction student dies on Christmas Day after 6-day coma (pictured)
The family members of Oluwaseun Olorunfemi, a 400-level medical student of the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, Osun state, are presently in a state of mourning after the student was confirmed dead on Christmas Day.
The very brilliant student, who was said to be a distinction student in his department before the untimely incident was reportedly hit by a vehicle and was rushed to the institution’s teaching hospital for treatment.
Reports emerging from the school now has it that the young man was confirmed dead on Sunday, December 25, after staying in coma for six days in the hospital, thereby throwing his colleagues and family members into a state of unprecedented mourning.
