Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, on Wednesday, presided over the Federal Executive Council meeting at the State House in Abuja.

The mantle of leadership to stir the ship of affairs at the State House fell on Vice President Osinbajo following the absence of President Muhammadu Buhari, who is currently in Marrakech, Morocco, to participate in the ongoing 22nd Conference of the Parties (COP) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), tagged, COP-22.
Recall that President Buhari, on Monday, left the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja for an important convention.
He was accompanied by some Ministers and Governor. The Nigerian President was billed to participate in the official opening of the plenary of the conference on November 15 where he deliver his national statement during the High Level Segment of COP 22.
