A Nigerian man who drove his car to Honda Place in Abuja for diagnosis was shocked when he was given a bill of N15.5 million as the cost of fixing the car.
The man identified as Tunde Kelani said he had driven his 2012 Honda Civic coupe to the Honda Place in Abuja for diagnosis, but the bill he got after the diagnosis made him ask in awe how much it will cost him to buy a new Mercedes Benz car which is believed to be more expensive than the Honda brand.
According to Naijauto.com, the price of a brand new 2013 model of Honda Civic starts from N8 million.
A bewildered Kelani took to Twitter to share a copy of the bill and a photo of his car and revealed that he has decided to take the car to a local mechanic workshop in the town.
He tweeted:
“I carried myself to Honda Place Abuja to fix my car, Honda Civic coupe 2012 After the diagnosis they gave me a bill of over 15million naira to fix the car. Please, how much do they sell Benz biko? These people are heartless biko.
