Nigeria’s Victor Anichebe scores fantastic goal to secure big win for David Moyes (video)
Forgotten Super Eagles striker, Victor Anichebe, scored a breathtaking goal on Saturday to hand his manager, David Moyes, a big win in Sunderland’s start to this season’s English Premier League.
The former Everton and West Bromwich Albion big frontman scored off an assist by Jermain Defoe and won the penalty that secured all the three points for the 10-man Black Cats at the home of Bournemouth.
Anichebe who was reunited with his former manager at Everton will now fancy his chances of playing a crucial role in ensuring that his club which has begun this season on a rather poor note, fights on all fronts and secure top filght football for next season.
