Eedris Abdulkareem, Baba Frayo, lead protesters to RCCG camp, urge Adeboye to speak on RUGA [Photos]
Ace Nigerian rappers, Eedris Abdulkareem and Baba Frayo, has led some protesters to the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) to ask pastor Enoch Adeboye, to speak on Rural Grazing Area (RUGA) settlements proposed by the federal government.
The protesters arrived at the RCCG Camp Main Gate along Lagos-Ibadan Express Way carrying placards that read “Adeboye speak up for those that cannot speak for themselves. Ensure justice for those being crushed, Proverbs 31:8…”
The implementation of RUGA settlements is the latest plan by the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration to put an end to a recurring conflict between nomadic herders and farmers, which has been met with considerable outrage from Nigerians.
