Former minister, Femi Fani-Kayode has said that it is 668 students that were kidnapped during a raid by bandits at a school in Katsina.

Reports had said that the number of students missing as a result of the attack is 333. This was corroborated by Governor Aminu Masari of Katsina State.

Fani-Kayode who reacted to the news said that the school’s registrar gave the number of missing students as 668.

“According to the school registrar, 668 students were abducted and are still missing after the raid on the school in Katsina state: 668 and NOT 333 as the media are reporting!

“This is a national tragedy and a total and complete outrage.

“What is our Government doing about it?” Fani-Kayode asked.
