Bay Area hip-hop producer who was an important force behind the hyphy sound, Traxamillion has died suddenly at the age of 43.

The sad news was first disclosed by a blog account called Thizzler On The Roof. The blog stated that the producer’s death was a big loss for the music industry, it said,

“Rest In Peace @traxamillion The San Jose producer who helped create the “Hyphy” sound passed away today. This is a huge loss for Northern California We send our condolences to his family & loved ones. #RIPTraxamillion.”

No information was provided on the circumstances of his death, or where he died.
