Former Kaduna Central Senator, Shehu Sani, issued a poignant statement on Saturday, shedding light on the harrowing reality of terrorism in Nigeria. 

He unequivocally stated that the terrorists responsible for the brutal attacks against Muslims in Katsina, Borno, and Niger State are the very same individuals perpetrating violence against Christians in Southern Kaduna, Benue, and Plateau States. 

Sani, a prominent socio-political activist, underscored that terrorism transcends religious affiliations and is indiscriminate in its targets.

In a post shared on X, Sani provided a sobering perspective, saying, “The terrorists killing Muslims in Katsina, Zamfara, Borno, Yobe, and Niger are the same terrorists killing Christians in Southern Kaduna, Benue, and Plateau States; terrorism has no religious preferences.” 

He went on to emphasize the ruthless nature of these terrorists, stating, “They don’t even spare their members who ‘derail.’ It’s either you are with them or you are a target.”
