Plateau gov launches e-governance platform for transparency, accountability

Plateau State Governor, Caleb Mutfwang, has introduced the Plateau State e-Governance Platform, aiming to promote transparent, efficient, and accountable governance.

In a statement released by his Director of Press and Public Affairs, Gang Bere, Governor Mutfwang emphasized the platform’s significance in facilitating interaction between citizens and the government, made possible through a donation from Hephzibah Integrated Technologies Ltd.

“The platform enables citizens to provide feedback, request services, and interact with government agencies, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the administration.”

Governor Mutfwang urged the public to actively utilize the platform to engage with the government, offering information, opinions on policies, and inquiries about service offerings from government departments, while also receiving prompt feedback.

Highlighting the benefits of the platform, the governor emphasized increased efficiency, convenience, transparency, accountability, improved communication, engagement, and cost savings for the citizens of Plateau State.

Operated under the Plateau State Information and Communication Technology Development Agency, led by Director General Datong Dominic Gwamnan, the platform will serve as a vital tool for enhancing efficiency, transparency, and accessibility to government services.
