Nigerian actress, film producer, model, and television personality, Yvonne Jegede has bagged nine awards out of ten nominations at the recently held Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival.
The ecstatic mother of one shared photos of the awards on Instagram.
Yvonne’s film ‘Marrying a Campbell’ won best actor, actress awards, best director (African film), best film first feature (Africa), best comedy-drama (Nollywood) and best movie producer (Africa) among others.
She said, “I co-produced a movie ‘Marrying A Campbell’ (MAC).Story by Yvonne Jegede. Script by Yvonne Jegede, Patrick Nnamani and Jane Odogwu. I acted, I co-Executive produced. We just bagged 9 out of 10 awards at the Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival (TINFF 2021).”
