According to the arrest report, police found “half of an orange oval-shaped pill with 3 imprinted on it, consistent with a Schedule II amphetamine,” along with three “suspected cannabis cigarettes.”

Doherty was taken into custody outside a smoke shop and later booked into the Turner Guilford Knight detention center. He faces charges including felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana under 20 grams, and resisting an officer without violence.

TMZ reported that his bail was set at 3,500 dollars but had not yet been posted.
