Filmaker and actress Omoni Oboli’s viral romantic drama, ‘Love in Every Word,’ has returned to YouTube just hours after it was removed due to a copyright claim.

The movie, which gathered over 7 million views in just three days, was taken down on Tuesday evening, March 11, 2025, following a claim by Chinonso Obiora, also known as Skyberry.

The sudden removal sparked outrage online, with fans questioning the reason behind the takedown. However, Omoni Oboli and her team acted swiftly to resolve the issue, and the film was restored to her YouTube channel, Omoni Oboli TV, by Wednesday morning.

In an Instagram post on March 12, 2025, Omoni Oboli reassured her supporters, saying, “Thank you for the love and concern. I deeply appreciate your messages. There was a little misunderstanding with our movie ‘Love in Every Word.’ It’s been sorted out now and we are back stronger than ever! Let’s make up for the time lost.”

The actress did not share the details of the resolution, but the quick return of the movie suggests the matter was handled behind the scenes. Chinonso Obiora, a Canada-based network engineer and owner of Skyberry Studios in Abuja, had earlier filed the copyright claim, leading to the film’s removal.

‘Love in Every Word,’ released on March 7, 2025, has become one of Oboli’s most successful digital releases, amassing 4.3 million views within the first 72 hours. The movie, written by Mfon-Abasi Micheal Inyang, tells the story of two people navigating love, cultural differences, and self-discovery. It features Bamike ‘Bam Bam’ Olawunmi-Adenibuyan and Uzor Arukwe in lead roles.

Following the movie’s takedown, fans flooded social media with reactions. An X user, Sayo Opajimi, wrote, “Omoni Oboli’s movie is no longer on YouTube. Someone else claimed it belonged to them. What is going on?”

Another user, Bighotbaby1, said, “I wanted to watch ‘Love in Every Word’ on YouTube but it got removed due to a copyright claim by Chinonso Obiora (Skyberry). What’s happening?”

NellyB added, “I was watching it a few minutes ago, and suddenly it wasn’t there. I hope YouTube didn’t take down this beautiful movie after all the views it gathered.”

With the movie now restored, Oboli urged her fans to watch and support it once again, writing, “Let’s make up for the time lost.”
