Nigerian media personality Destiny Ezeyim, popularly known as Radiogad, has raised serious concern over the growing attention being directed at Comfort Emmanson, the Ibom Air passenger who recently went viral following a controversial in-flight altercation.

Speaking on the aftermath of the incident, Radiogad issued a blunt warning to Emmanson, stating that the increasing number of offers and online advances from men could pose a serious threat to her safety.

“Your private parts are now in danger,” Radiogad said pointedly, referencing the exposure of her chest during the heated confrontation on board.

He cautioned that the incident had turned Emmanson into an object of sexual attention rather than sympathy, adding that she is now in a vulnerable position.

Since the video of the altercation went viral on August 10, Emmanson has received numerous offers from public figures and businessmen.

Recall that Ossai Ovie Success, the Senior Special Assistant on Media to Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, publicly offered her a ₦500,000 monthly salary job and a sponsored visit to Delta State.

He described the state as “the Big Heart and Home of Global Tourism Hub.”

“Comfort Emmanson already has a job secured for her in Delta State,” Success stated via social media, prompting widespread reactions online.

Shortly after, businessman Francis Van-Lare, also known as Poi Master, announced free luxury trips to Doha, Qatar, and Istanbul, Turkey, for Emmanson.

While he did not give a specific reason for the gesture, the offer added to the flurry of attention she’s received.

Radiogad criticised the motives behind these advances and mocked the men flooding her social media with attention.

He implied that Emmanson’s sudden celebrity status may come at a dangerous cost.

Several Nigerians have rallied behind Emmanson since the incident, accusing Ibom Air staff of poor conduct.

However, Radiogad’s warning reflects a growing sentiment that the nature of the attention she is receiving may be more predatory than supportive.

The incident continues to spark national debate over celebrity culture, online validation, and the vulnerability of women in the spotlight.
