A former X Factor USA contestant, Thomas Wells, has reportedly died at the age of 46.
Wells’ wife, Jessica, told TMZ that the he died on November 13 as a result of a workplace accident at a tyre manufacturing plant in Oklahoma.
Reports said that part of Wells’s body was caught in a machine similar to an automatic conveyor belt and he was rushed to a nearby hospital.
He was then airlifted to another hospital in Texas where it was hoped specialists could treat him, but died in hospital earlier in the month.
