WWE’s Executive Vice President, Triple H, has shocked the WWE universe by revealing that he underwent a heart operation earlier this month.
The 52-year-old former world champion who is ‘recovering well’ said he is ‘blown away’ by the support he has received.
UK Sun reports that Triple H underwent a procedure earlier this month at Yale New Haven Hospital, Connecticut.
“Paul Levesque, a.k.a. Triple H, underwent a successful procedure last week at Yale New Haven Hospital following a cardiac event.
“The episode was caused by a genetic heart issue and Paul is expected to make a full recovery,” a statement from WWE confirmed the news last week.
However, Triple H broke the silence via a Twitter statement as he thanked his colleagues for their supports.
