Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, on Tuesday, received some fashion designers at the Government House Arcade in Ado Ekiti.
The Governor who had earlier promised to give out ten million naira soft loan to fashion designers in the state fulfillment his promise yesterday.
Governor Fayose distributed cheques to beneficiaries during a meeting held at the government house yesterday.
He said the gesture is part of the state’s social security scheme aimed at making life better for the citizenry.
Governor Fayose pleaded with the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the soft loan and ensure prompt repayment in order for others to benefit from the scheme.
