The Chief of the Air Staff, Air Mshl Sadique Abubakar, on Friday, became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria.
According to a post shared on the Facebook page of the Nigerian Air Force HQ, Air Mshl Abubakar was conferred with an Honourary Award by the Institute at the Headquarters of Nigerian Air Force in Abuja.
The award is in recognition of CAS outstanding achievements within the past one year of his stewardship of the NAF.
The CIPMN Registrar/Chief Executive Officer, Mr Gabriel Opene Onyebuchikwu revealed that the award was given to CAS in recognition of his visionary strides and immense contributions to nation building particularly in the fight against insurgency and other security challenges facing the country.
