Chelsea female team defeated Wolfsburg 3-0 on Wednesday to enter the semi finals of the Women’s Champions League.
The game ended 5-1 on aggregate over last season’s runners-up who had previously eliminated Chelsea in all three of their past European ties.
The Blues got the rout underway at the neutral venue in Butapest with a penalty which was converted by Denmark star, Pernille Harder.
The player netted against her former club.
Sam Kerr made it 2-0 from close range to give the English side a commanding lead.
Forward Fran Kirby netted a late third on the counter, to seal a last-four meeting with either Bayern Munich or Rosengard.
