A day after securing victory at the Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal over his rival, Timipre Sylva as winner of the last governorship election, Bayelsa State governor, Henry Seriake Dickson, has been blessed with quadruplets.
The season of celebrations continues as his wife, Dr. Rachael Dickson was delivered of a baby boy and three baby girls in the United States of America.
A statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Daniel Iworiso-Markson, said the blessing is particularly for the family and Bayelsans.
“The season of celebrations continues in the family of Governor Henry Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa State as his wife, the First Lady, Dr. Rachael Dickson, was delivered of a quadruplet: a bouncing baby boy and three beautiful baby girls.
“She gave birth in the United States. Mother and children are doing well. This is particularly good news for the family and Bayelsans because this bundle of joy is coming after many years of praying and waiting upon the Lord,” the statement read.

Governor Dickson thanks friends, family members and Bayelsans for their prayers and support and enjoins them to continue to pray for the family.
The 43-year-old Rachael, a holder of PhD in Management from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, according to the statement, is doing well with the newborns.
The set of quadruplets came after Rachael’s many years of marriage without any child of her own.
