Why I’m silent on the killings in the north – Ezekwesili

The former Minister of Education, Oby Ezekwesili, has revealed why she has been silent on the killings in the north.

Ezekwesili said that when she criticizes the president, she gets cautioned by the north who describe her as a bigot.

According to her, she gets told to stop disturbing the president because “he is doing very well” and “has won the terrorism war.”

However, the recent killing of farmers in Zabarmari, Borno State, by Boko Haram as well as the increased rate of kidnappings in the north sings a different tune.

According to Ezekwesili, the north is now worried about her silence on the situation in the region.
