Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Seyi Awolowo, has declared that he will never return to the reality TV show, citing his negative experiences during his time as a contestant.

Speaking during an episode of the Old Secrets podcast, Awolowo explained that he faced severe criticism and bullying while on the show, describing some of his detractors as “very low, insignificant, and uneducated people.”

He also expressed disappointment in educated individuals who, according to him, chose to remain silent despite knowing the truth.

“I will never go back to the show, organisers can’t even call me.

“I allow myself get bullied by very very insignificant and uneducated people. Not to mention the educated ones amongst that have the ability to see the truth but because of convenience, refused to stand by it,” he said.

Awolowo also noted that, despite the backlash, he wouldn’t change anything about his conduct in the house if given the chance to go back, stating that he has taken valuable lessons from the experience.

He participated in the show’s fourth season, the “Pepper Dem” edition, in 2019, where he reached the finals and finished in fifth place.

During his stint in the house, Seyi was known for his candid conversations, emotional intelligence, and ability to connect with fellow housemates.
