Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg arrived Lagos, Nigeria on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 to discuss with some Nigerian tech players on how Facebook can be improved in Nigeria and how it can support tech development in Africa.
On Wednesday, a photo emerged on the internet showing the 7th richest person on planet earth walking through the streets of Yaba in Lagos.

According to reports, the above picture was taken when Zuckerberg was on his way to the office of Andela, a startup which he’s invested in, and was co-founded by a Nigerian, Iyinoluwa Aboyeji.

Responding to commendations on Zuckerberg’s visit to Nigeria, Aboyeji says,

In another tweet, Aboyeji announced that other tech gurus would be visiting Nigeria soon.
