A bodybuilder, Sifiso Thabete was buried on Wednesday after dying shortly before a competition on Saturday. The tragic incident was captured on video.
Sifiso Thabete died in South Africa after he landed on his head while completing a back flip routine he has done many times before.
In the graphic video, Thabete was filmed calling on the crowd to cheer as he attempts his trademark back flip move.
The over-75kgbody building champion was filmed stepping onto the mat before launching himself into the air. He was unable to flip over and instead landed on his head in the horror footage being shared online. His friends and medics walked onto the scene but were unable to revive him.
