The video of a man swimming in dirty water at the behest of a soldier has emerged online.
The setting appears to be in a neighborhood off the main road.
A woman was seen begging the soldier to leave the man alone toward the middle of the slightly less-than-two-minute video.
It is unclear where and when the video was made. No reason why such punishment was meted out to the man can be immediately deduced from the video.
