Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola Badmus, popularly known as Portable, has once again drawn attention online, this time following a dramatic spiritual deliverance session conducted by clerics from a white garment church—right on a roadside.

The “Zazu Zeh” hitmaker took to his Instagram page to share a video of the event, showing himself surrounded by clergy members dressed in white robes.

In the footage, one of the clerics is seen pouring water over Portable’s body as prayers are offered.

The singer looks up toward the sky, visibly reacting to the spiritual exercise taking place.

Known for his unpredictable and often controversial public behaviour, Portable has openly displayed elements of Islam, Christianity, and traditional beliefs in his personal spirituality.

This roadside deliverance marks yet another moment in his ongoing and public exploration of faith.

Accompanying the video, a heartfelt caption read: “NO EViL SHALL BEFALL YOU. UR PROGRESS IS MY HAPPINESS. WiSH YOU ALL I WISH MYSELF,” indicating prayers for both the singer and his followers.

The unusual setting of the deliverance and Portable’s expressive reactions quickly drew mixed responses from social media users, with some praising his openness and others questioning the spectacle.
