A yet-to-be-identified man was spotted in a viral video refuelling a moving car in traffic on a major road.
A voice speaking in the background can be heard saying that the incident took place in Abuja.
The video shows a slow-moving traffic while one of the occupants of the car behind the ‘petrol’ vehicle could be heard saying, “We dey for him back o, make he no die.”
