Nigerian pop singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has explained the reason for P-Square’s absence at his ’30 Billion’ Concert which held on Tuesday at Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Davido in a video narrated that Peter Okoye was available at the venue, but Paul Okoye couldn’t make it because he had been booked earlier for a show in Calabar.

He said, “For people asking why P-Square didn’t perform, they were ready to perform but Paul had a show in Calabar. Peter was there. So, trust me, I love them; I don’t have any problem with them.”

“I am sorry I couldn’t make it to the after party because there was much traffic after the show. I had to stay back at Eko Hotel.

“We didn’t expect the numbers of people that came; it was crazy. We had 10, 500 people, but Eko Hotel contains about 6,000 people normally. Even before I came on stage, the general manager of Eko hotel wanted to shut down the show because the crowd was much and we couldn’t create space for more tickets.”
