A yet-to-be-identified woman has inflicted severe injuries on her housemaid for reportedly stealing meat in her pot of soup in Ondo State capital, Akure on Sunday.
As seen in videos uploaded by a tweep @Jay_2808 on Twitter, the boy, name unknown, could be seen with deep wounds on his blood-ridden shoulder, stomach and leg.
“This happened in my mom’s street today, a woman brutalized her houseboy for stealing meat from her soup pot,” Jay captioned one of the videos.
The boy who is suspected to be between the ages of 10 and 12 was seen wailing and could barely walk as he was taken to a nearby hospital.
As of the time of filing this report, the woman has been handed over to policemen at the Akure Area Command police station.
“We have since taken him to a police clinic where he is receiving treatment and the woman who did that to her to a police station Akure area command,” the tweep added.
