Nigeria’s winger cum striker, Victor Moses, seems to have found a new lease of life at the Stamford Bridge since the arrival of new manager, Antonio Conte.

The 2013 Africa Nations Cup winning Nigerian star who had been an outcast at Chelsea has now become an automatic regular in the team, and has shone like a million despite the fact that he is being deployed to play as right wing back in the Italian coach’s 3-5-2 formation.

Moses who has scored in recent weeks and has helped his side to three consecutive wins and clean sheets in the process, was also key to the Blues’ 2-0 away win over a resilient Southampton side at the St Mary’s Stadium on Sunday.

The former Liverpool loanee provided the assist that Eden Hazard scored with ans almost got a goal of his own but Diego Costa’s wonder strike sealed it up for the away team who went home with three full points in their kitty.

The Nigerian received a warm hug from his manager when he was substituted and a standing ovation from the fans for his efforts in ensuring that the game ended with a win for his side and another clean sheet for the former UEFA Champions League winner.
