A Nigerian man, identified as Olayinka who disguises as a madman, was recently caught in Ikeja, the capital of Lagos State.
Items found on him include a POS machine, a tortoise, charms and a phone.
Instagram user @ideraposh who shared the story wrote, “The man was caught this morning @ railway crossing Adegbola street Anifowosh Ikeja Lagos and he has been apprehended by the police.”
The suspect who confessed on camera said he has been living in pretense for five years.
