A Tai Solarin University Of Education’s Student Union Government aspirant appeared to have left a big dent in his presidential ambition after he failed to accurately give the full meaning of ASUU.
The Academic Staff Union of Universities, popularly known by its acronym – ASUU, is a Nigerian union of university academic staff.
As seen in a video circulating social media, the aspirant appeared to be making a reference to the union during what looks like a debate but he was quizzed by an unknown individual who asked him to give the full meaning of ASUU.
Apparently caught by surprise, the aspirant stuttered as he echoed the word ‘academic’ about four times but before he could regain his composure, he instantly became an object of ridicule amidst his electorate (fellow students), as he went mute.
