Newly signed SV Werder Bremen forward, Victor Boniface, has dismissed ongoing speculations about his fitness, asserting that he would not be available for media duties if he were unwell.
Responding to questions about his physical condition during his official unveiling at the Bundesliga club, Boniface made it clear that he is fit and focused, despite reports suggesting otherwise.
“Whatever you want to believe on the media, you can believe them, that’s not on me… I don’t care, he said
“If my body is not 100%, I will be in the hospital. I will not be here talking to you,” the Nigerian striker stated.
Boniface’s comments come amid discussions surrounding his recovery from past injuries.
The 24-year-old, who completed his move to Werder Bremen ahead of the new season, emphasized his readiness to contribute to the team and brushed off media narratives questioning his health.
