The lavish white wedding of Nigerian music superstar Davido and his partner, Chioma, held in Miami, has continued to stir conversations online, not just for its star-studded guest list, but also for a notable exclusion — social media activist VeryDarkMan.
According to popular media personality Radiogad, the controversial online figure was deliberately left out of the ceremony by Davido himself.
In a widely circulated video, Radiogad claimed the singer intentionally chose not to extend an invitation to VeryDarkMan due to concerns about his behaviour.
“After the wedding, he made it all about himself. He went back home to his one-room apartment and started calling out everybody who attended the event,” Radiogad said, referencing VeryDarkMan’s actions following Davido and Chioma’s earlier traditional wedding in Nigeria.
Radiogad insisted that the decision was not made hastily, alleging that Davido even sought his opinion before concluding that inviting the outspoken activist might create unnecessary drama during the high-profile Miami celebration.
While the ceremony itself attracted a host of global celebrities, entertainers, and influential business figures, the absence of VeryDarkMan has become a talking point across social media, with fans and followers weighing in on whether the exclusion was justified.
