Tragedy has struck the family of popular TikTok influencer Emilie Kiser, as her three-year-old son, Trigg Kiser, has died after falling into their backyard pool.
According to TMZ, the heartbreaking incident happened on May 12 in Chandler, Arizona, United States. Trigg was found unresponsive in the family’s swimming pool. It is not yet known how long he was in the water before he was discovered.
Emergency responders rushed to the scene and performed CPR on the toddler before he was taken to Phoenix Children’s Hospital. He remained in critical condition for six days but sadly passed away.
The Chandler Police Department has confirmed that an investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
Emilie Kiser, who has over three million followers on TikTok, is known for sharing content about motherhood and her family life. She has not posted anything on social media since the tragic death of her son.
Before authorities officially confirmed the identity of the child, some online users compared videos of Emilie’s home with photos of the drowning location and suspected it was her child. This led to an outpouring of messages in her comment sections, with fans expressing their grief and support.
“Sending you all love and prayers,” one user commented. Another wrote, “My heart breaks for you.”
However, some online users have also criticised the family over the accident, though many others have defended Emilie and asked for kindness during her time of mourning.
