American singer-songwriter Charlie Puth and his wife, Brooke Sansone, have announced the birth of their first child, a baby boy named Jude Crawford Puth.
The couple shared the news with fans on social media, posting a series of photos capturing their first moments as new parents.
“Hey Jude 🩵 3.13.26,” the couple wrote in a joint Instagram post alongside images of the newborn wrapped in a white blanket and dressed in a blue and white striped onesie.
Other photos showed Puth holding his son, close-up glimpses of the baby’s tiny features, and Sansone wearing a “J” necklace. Polaroid pictures captured the couple in hospital, with handwritten captions reading: “Playing Jude ‘In My Life’ by The Beatles” and “He drank over 30ml of formula! A new record,” both dated March 14.
Sansone also expressed her joy in a separate post, describing the newborn as her “whole world,” while sharing snapshots from their hospital stay.
Fans and followers flooded the couple’s comment sections with congratulatory messages shortly after the announcement.
Puth and Sansone, who were childhood friends, began dating in 2022 and tied the knot in a private ceremony in 2024 at Puth’s family house in Montecito, California.
The couple publicly revealed they were expecting a child in October 2025, with Puth cheekily sharing the news in the music video for his song “Changes.” During an October appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Puth confirmed the baby was due in March.
The singer is currently preparing for the release of his fourth studio album, Whatever’s Clever!, and is expected to embark on a tour in the coming months.
