American singer and actress, Cher, has reacted to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, describing Vladimir Putin as ‘pure evil’.
Over the weekend, US leader Joe Biden said that the Russian President ‘cannot remain in power’ in a powerful speech.
Reacting to his speech, the ‘Believe’ singer said that he should be ‘executed’ for his actions.
In a tweet on Tuesday, Cher said; “WE’RE WATCHING Putin TRYING 2 OBLITERATE UKRAINE OUT OF REVENGE, Same As Rome Laid Waste 2 Carthage.
“PUTIN IS PURE EVIL, & I’D GO FARTHER THAN JOE.
“Putin SHOULD BE EXECUTED 4 TRYING 2 DESTROY UKRAINE, & BRUTALLY BOMB, STARVE, MAIM, & MURDER, MEN, WOMEN, INNOCENT CHILDREN, & INFANTS. D2T”
