Uganda’s prominent socialite, Christine Nampeera, has publicly apologized after a private video of her engaged in an intimate act with a male companion in a restroom went viral on social media platforms. 

The video’s circulation sparked widespread discussion and debate, making Christine a trending topic across various digital spaces.

To address the situation, Nampeera took to her social media accounts to express her regret and remorse over the leaked video. 

In her heartfelt apology, Nampeera stressed that the incident was a deeply personal and private matter involving her and her boyfriend. 

She acknowledged the pain and embarrassment the video’s release caused those close to her and sought their forgiveness.

She motioned that the act was a private affair and how sorry she felt “I want to apologize to my family @DjRoja , my friends, my boyfriend Mr @Barasha, my employers who have been affected by the video circulating “sex tape”. It was a private affair with my boyfriend, I am very sorry.” Nampeera stated in her social media post.
