Tyson Fury has dismissed Anthony Joshua’s chances of beating Deontay Wilder if they ever fought saying the British-Nigerian champion isn’t skilful enough to face the Bronze Bomber.

Fury says despite his masterclass beating of Wilder in February, it takes a lot to actually survive against Wilder. He added that Joshua will be dropped in round one if he ever faces Wilder.

Fury speaking to iFL TV said:

โ€œDeontay Wilder, barring none, even today, is the most dangerous heavyweight alive.

โ€œHe would wipe the floor with every other single heavyweight out there, apart from myself.

โ€œAnd I also believe that Oleksandr Usyk (pictured below) would give him problems.

โ€œTheyโ€™re the only two people in the heavyweight division alive today that could give Deontay Wilder trouble.

โ€œThatโ€™s myself and Oleksandr Usyk.

Oleksandr Usyk has won every belt at cruiserweight and is now chasing titles in the heavyweight division with his southpaw style making him an unpredictable fighter.

Fury continued:

โ€œIโ€™m an absolute beast, warrior, legend, โ€˜linealโ€™ champion and Usyk because heโ€™s a master southpaw, slick boxer.

โ€œHeโ€™s had a lot of experience and he knows how to deal with power punchers.โ€

โ€œWilder beats Joshua, he beats Whyte, Jarrell Miller.

โ€œThereโ€™s nobody who can beat Deontay Wilder. Are you joking, the โ€˜Bronze Bomberโ€™?

โ€œOne touch on their faces and theyโ€™re gone forever, goodnight Vienna.

โ€œHe would do to Whyte and Joshua what he did to Dominic Breazeale, put them unconscious in round one.

โ€œThey ainโ€™t got the skills Iโ€™ve got, canโ€™t touch this, this canโ€™t be touched.

โ€œI just wanna see them fight. They wanna call Wilder this, that and the other, but he will put them to sleep, easy.

โ€œSoon as he touches them, theyโ€™re gone.

โ€œTheyโ€™ve got no defence and just walk into punches.

โ€œWhat are they gonna do, walk him down, without a feint, without no footwork? Please.

โ€œYou wonโ€™t walk a man like that down, heโ€™d punch holes in you.

โ€œIโ€™d definitely, definitely back Wilder to knock the pair out, for sure.โ€
